Job Summary
Pitchers is looking for an experienced, energetic, and disciplined Bartender to join our team. This role requires speed, accuracy, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate must take the job seriously, maintain high hygiene standards, and deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to Pitchers’ standards

• Deliver fast, accurate service during busy hours without compromising quality

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times

• Ensure proper cash handling, accurate billing, and accountability

• Monitor stock usage, reduce wastage, and report shortages immediately

• Follow all SOPs, hygiene rules, and safety standards strictly

• Maintain a neat, presentable appearance throughout the shift

• Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth operations

• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary

• Open and close the bar, including stock counts and cleaning

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience is an added advantage

• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced nightlife environment

• Punctual, reliable, and disciplined

• Willing to work late hours, weekends, and public holidays

• Honest, responsible, and team-oriented
