We are looking for friendly, professional, and customer-focused waitresses to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area.

• Present menus and explain daily specials

• Take accurate food and drink orders

• Serve food and beverages promptly

• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely

• Process payments when required

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Support team members during busy periods

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum O-level education or equivalent

• Previous experience in hospitality is an added advantage

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Friendly, presentable, and well-groomed appearance

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service

• Team player with a positive attitude
